ACCOUNT MANAGER

Do you have excellent face to face sales skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience?

An experienced sales professional, we need you to be able to generate and close new business, drive revenue and profit growth from your base and maintain contract commitments. You’ll also need to ensure the data in our Saleforce CRM system is up to date and accurate.

Five key areas you’ll need to fulfill are…

  • Consistently achieve all base growth and retention targets
  • Manage your base to grow customer spend and cross product penetration
  • Proactively seek out and convert new business leads and opportunities
  • Accurately forecast your growth, retention, churn and profit targets on a rolling 3-month basis
  • Ensure that your allocated customer base is contacted regularly and customer satisfaction levels remain above 95%
