Customer Service Adviser

An award-winning employer and telecoms company is looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join their busy customer service team. Exceptional service sits at the heart of their business.

You will play a pivotal role in the continued success and aggressive growth plans of the business, through the delivery of outstanding customer service. The customer team is for people who shine; live and breathe their company values; and can influence the service they offer.

Six key areas you’ll need to fulfil are…

  • Supporting customers in the day-to-day management of their accounts
  • Resolving any queries & providing advice to both customers and account managers (by telephone and email)
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service across our full product portfolio
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure that internal and external service level agreements are adhered
  • Record all your activity within our CRM system (SalesForce)
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, plus internal and external stakeholders
