Customer Service Apprentice

As a Customer Service Apprentice you will:
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Gain training and skills in providing first line technical support to customers
- Provide integral administration & customer support to the sales teams
- Ensure service level agreements are met and customer expectations are set accordingly
- Work closely with peers and suppliers to ensure compliance and high levels of service are delivered
- Build and maintain an inclusive knowledge of service offerings to be able to provide advice when required to both customers and account managers
The successful apprentices will initially undertake a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration and it is the intention that these individuals progress to a Level 4 apprenticeship and remain with the business beyond this.
