Customer Service Apprentice

Do you have what it takes to deliver excellent customer service?

With ambitious growth plans, we are looking for individuals that have a willingness to learn and progress, excellent communication skills and are motivated to provide excellent customer experience.

As a Customer Service Apprentice you will:

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Gain training and skills in providing first line technical support to customers
  • Provide integral administration & customer support to the sales teams
  • Ensure service level agreements are met and customer expectations are set accordingly
  • Work closely with peers and suppliers to ensure compliance and high levels of service are delivered
  • Build and maintain an inclusive knowledge of service offerings to be able to provide advice when required to both customers and account managers

The successful apprentices will initially undertake a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration and it is the intention that these individuals progress to a Level 4 apprenticeship and remain with the business beyond this.
