Leading our busy provisioning team, we need you to lead from the top to provide a professional, informative and welcoming experience for all Excalibur customers. In keeping with our motto “does the customer know?”

An experienced communicator on all levels, you will manage the team to drive and motivate them to deliver their individual and team KPI’s while ensuring the company SLA’s are being met.

Five key areas you’ll need to fulfil are…

  • Responsibility for the day to day management and development of the Provisioning team. Monitoring performance against KPIs and ensuring the team are equipped to meet SLAs
  • Pro-actively and regularly reviewing quality of service, internally and externally, implementing appropriate measures to improve where necessary
  • Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service at all times and monitor customer interaction for quality
  • Establish and maintain 3rd party escalation contacts and relationships
  • Drive continuous service efficiencies and improvement with the team through process and system enhancements
