You will play a pivotal role in the continued success and aggressive growth plans of the business, through the delivery of outstanding customer service. The customer team is for people who shine; live and breathe their company values; and can influence the service they offer.

Six key areas you’ll need to fulfil are…

  • Providing day to day support to the Head of Operations and become an escalation point for the rest of the team.
  • Having the ability to work on your own initiative, making bold decisions whilst becoming an industry expert for our customers.
  • Supporting the Head of Operations in improving and implementing processes
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service across our full product portfolio
  • Be a key contact to our key external suppliers to ensure that internal and external service level agreements have adhered
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, plus internal and external stakeholders
