Customer Service Apprentice

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Customer Service Apprentice to join our customer focused team. If you are keen to develop the skills and gain the experience required to support our growing customer base, then this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Develop skills to provide an exceptional level of customer service to Excalibur customers across our full mobile product portfolio
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Gain training and skills in providing first line technical support to customers
  • Provide integral administration & customer support to the sales teams
  • Ensure service level agreements are met and customer expectations are set accordingly
  • Work closely with peers and suppliers to ensure compliance and high levels of service are delivered
  • Work towards continually meeting personal targets and contribute both individually and as a team to the agreed team targets

  • Previous experience in building and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
