Senior IT Operations Engineer

The Senior IT Technician will become a key member of the wider Operations team which plays a pivotal role in the continued success of the team and is integral to the ambitious growth plans of the business through the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Delivery of Projects to include 365 migrations, SharePoint migrations, Windows Server installations & Fibre installs.

• Pre-Sales Support, designing, scoping, and presenting projects to customers.

• Technical Service Management to include trend analysis, regular calls with customers, Service Reviews, Risk analysis, onsite audits, road mapping and supporting customer budgeting.

• IT Service Desk Escalations.

• Highlight IT sales opportunities within customer base.

• Create, maintain, and ensure all company documentation is available to all employees.

• Highlight new solutions to the business which would be commercially beneficial to the organisation.

• Ensure service level agreements are met and customer expectations are set accordingly.

• Work closely with peers and suppliers to ensure compliance and high levels of service are delivered.

• Work towards continually meeting personal targets and contribute both individually and as a team to the agreed team targets.

• Build and maintain an inclusive knowledge of service offerings to be able to provide advice when required to both customers and account managers.

Skills required

• 5 Years’ experience in IT Managed Service industry

• Microsoft Certified Professional Qualifications.

• Passion to deliver outstanding customer service.

• A team player

• Excellent verbal and communication skills

• Time Management skills essential

• Strong attention to detail

• An ability to multi-task

• Self-motivated
