Ecosulis are an ecological consultancy with a national presence. With offices across the country including some very rural areas, they are the most experienced ecological consultancy in the UK.

With 28 staff split over three sites, the workforce needed to be completely mobile and able to work flexibly from any location. Their current systems were no longer supported, not up to the task and not suitable for future growth.

The Solution

Excalibur introduced predominantly cloud-based infrastructure with fully managed support. Microsoft Office 365 was implemented to help both office based and non-office based staff to collaborate from anywhere.

To take care of backup and security, a bespoke backup solution and Microsoft Azure were implemented. Microsoft Azure protects critical assets and integrates with both cloud and on premise data storage. Data is secure and service availability is now at 99.99%.

The Result

Ecosulis are now able to work smarter with systems that provide the reliability and security benefits they need now and in the future. Server and end-user support is managed by Excalibur providing a single point of contact for everything and very competitive SLAs.
