The Challenge

Tithegrove Limited was launched in 1984 and has grown into a multimillion pound groundworks and construction company with three offices in Swindon, Yeovil and Winchester. Due to this rapid growth, Tithegrove were having to manage ageing IT systems and an increasingly mobile workforce. They did not have the hardware or processes in place to make best use of either.

Rather than continue managing multiple vendors, systems and software, Tithegrove wanted to bring it all together, with a single supplier for everything.

The Solution

Excalibur introduced fixed line telephony and broadband internet to each office to ensure fast internet access and communications. They then brought in a new phone system to keep everyone in touch and integrated CRM to enable the company to deliver excellent service to staff and customers.

Office 365 was also introduced to serve the needs of office staff as well as those on the road. To boost mobile productivity, new mobile phones and a new Vodafone contract was implemented to ensure excellent coverage with maximum value for money.

Finally, an IT Managed Service Agreement ensures all systems are covered by Excalibur’s expert support team.

The Result

The result of this work is a company that works faster, collaborates easier and can now depend on the systems they use. Call costs have been reduced, service levels have increased, systems are now proactively monitored and productivity has improved as a result.

Administering everything is also much easier having a single point of contact for the entire IT and mobile estate.
