We’re always looking at ways to make things easier for our customers so we’ve developed an online portal for you to manage your Excalibur account. The portal has been developed with extensive input from a group of our customers as we wanted to make sure it contained everything you needed in one place.
Here are a few things you can manage…

- View your case history
- View your current proposals
- View your Excalibur invoices
- Access reports
- Send us feedback
We’ve sent out initial login details to all of our customers giving full access to the portal and you have the opportunity to have an additional account with lower level access. You can request this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
You can access the portal from our website, the link is at the top right of every page, simply click the ‘my account’ box and it will take you to the log in page.
We really hope you enjoy using it and we would very much welcome your feedback on anything from items you would like added to something we could be doing better. We want to make sure this saves you even more time every day so that you can concentrate on looking after your own customers.
