“‘Thanks for all your help in migrating us to Office 365 over the past months. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Steve for all his hard work. He has been exceptional and has gone above and beyond what we would expect as a business in both supporting us and answering all our questions while we have undergone this transition.”

Kyocera UK are the British arm of Japanese premium printer, document control and electronics company. The company is huge and has several hundred staff across many global locations. As a leading supplier of electronics and other products, Kyocera UK needed to be at the cutting edge with their own infrastructure otherwise is compromises their authority within their own industry.

The UK arm of Kyocera needed to pdate their productivity software to current standards, upgrade their IT support to meet growing demand and required some expert help securing their network.

How did Excalibur help?

The solution was threefold. First Excalibur migrated Kyocera UK from their previous productivity suite to Office 365. Excalibur managed the entire project from beginning to end and supported all users throughout the transition. Next they performed cyber security scans and penetration testing to probe for weaknesses in network security. Solutions were found to potential weak spots using industry standard solutions.

Third, to support this infrastructure, Excalibur provides IT Support for all users. Now Kyocera UK has a single point of contact for support, queries and anything else they might need.

How do kyocera operate now?

Kyocera UK now has a robust network that delivers an excellent level of security for the company. They also benefit from Office 365 and the productivity and cost benefits this cloud solutions brings with it.
