Fibre To The Cabinet (FTTC)

FTTC broadband is a hybrid connection that uses fibre optic and copper cables to deliver connectivity to your premises. A fibre cable connection is fed into a street cabinet from the exchange and then distributed from the cabinet to local premises through a copper line.

Fibre To The Premise (FTTP)

With FTTP, a fibre optic line runs from the exchange point to your local roadside cabinet, from there another fibre cable will run into your premise.
