Excalibur is a leading communications and IT company serving small to medium sized businesses (SMEs) and schools. It has evolved from a high street mobile phone shop, to a company that builds tailor made technology solutions for clients to improve efficiency, enable growth and increase profitability.

Customer service is at the heart of our business. This focus has resulted in us having an above industry average client retention rate of six years. We have 4,000 clients nationwide; from legal firms to football clubs and primary schools.

Excalibur has been in business for over 25 years and is privately owned. Headquartered in Swindon, it employs over 65 colleagues. Excalibur has been recognised as a top 100 UK Best Small Companies to Work For in 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021. Best Companies accreditation is a recognised UK benchmark of employee engagement.
