Our Story

Excalibur is a leading communications and IT company serving small to medium sized businesses (SMEs) and schools. It has evolved from a high street mobile phone shop, to a company that builds tailor made technology solutions for clients to improve efficiency, enable growth and increase profitability.

Customer service is at the heart of our business. This focus has resulted in us having an above industry average client retention rate of six years. We have 4,000 clients nationwide; from legal firms to football clubs and primary schools.

Recognised

Excalibur have been in business for over 25 years and is privately owned. Headquartered in Swindon, we employ over 65 colleagues. Excalibur was recognised in the London Stock Exchange Group’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ report 2018 and a Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For in 2017 and 2018 and 2020.
