mLettings is a specialist letting agency that serves Swindon and Cirencester in Wiltshire. The lettings industry has undergone extensive changes over the past 18 months and with more still to come. Mlettings started preparing and planning for these changes 3 years ago, preparing for the future lettings marketplace. For example; there are over 150 pieces of complex legislation in relation to the private rental sector.

Their main challenge was to create an internal infrastructure that allowed the company to deliver a responsive friendly customer experience whilst balancing the needs for data security, adherence to Statutory legislation and compliance.

The inherent security built into Office 365, along with other precautions we introduced provides the highest level of data security Mlettings and their clients demand. It also ensures compliance with current statute legislation.
