Excalibur is delighted to have been named as both Best Tech Support Service and Tech Team of the Year 2023 at this year’s Techies Awards, held on 12th October. The Techies are a Business Exchange awards scheme that celebrates the innovation and entrepreneurship of the tech community in Swindon and Wiltshire.
The Awards ceremony was held at the UK’s first Business Cyber Centre (BCC) at Chippenham’s Greenways Business Park.
Head of Commercial at Thrings Solicitors and Awards Judge, Kate Westbrook, commented on Excalibur’s Best Tech Support Service win: “Tech support is a vital part of our lives, and we have many excellent tech support companies in our region, so this category is always hotly contested; Excalibur are the winners of the Best Tech Support Service award! Excalibur was also named as Tech Team of the Year 2023, marking Excalibur’s second win in this category. It previously scooped this title in 2020. This achievement reflects the consistent, outstanding quality of service delivered by the Excalibur Tech Team. Each month, the Service Desk now deals with approximately 1,800 customer tickets and on average, responds to these tickets within 34 minutes – well within SLA. Thanks to this level of IT Support, Excalibur has achieved a Customer Satisfaction Score of 98%.
