Latest acquisition by Excalibur
Excalibur Communications has acquired Techs4Education in a strategic move to consolidate and expand its specialist IT for education practice. Established in 2010, Techs4Education is a trusted provider of IT support services and technology solutions to schools in South of England. Excalibur is set to grow its presence in the education sector and believes the acquisition brings scale, experience and expertise to its existing education division, positioning it to meet the unique and evolving IT and communications requirements of schools into the future.
Excalibur will maintain the Techs4Education name and re-brand its existing education practice under this title as part of the integration process. Excalibur has worked within the education market for over ten years and further strengthened its proposition for schools with the purchase of the Support Services division of Ntegra in April 2017. The enlarged Techs4Education division will now serve over 30 schools in the South and South West UK.

The purchase of Techs4Education is Excalibur’s 5th IT acquisition in the past seven years, consolidating its transition from a mobile business to a fully managed tech partner for small and medium sized organisations.
