As part of our commitment to the Wiltshire Air Ambulance 100 Club Airbase Appeal, several of the team at Excalibur are taking part in National Walk to work day on 7th April.

Throughout the course of 2017, we’ve committed to raise £10,000 for Wilts Air Ambulance in support of the new Airbase needed to enable them to save lives for many more years to come. You can find out more about the appeal and how you can get involved here

Excalibur were one of the founding members of the Wiltshire Air Ambulance 100 Club, a group of local businesses that have committed to raise £10,000 each to help towards the total. If you’re interested in joining take a look at the 100 Club website here for all the information and sign up details.

As always, the team at Excalibur like to do things properly, so whilst lots of people who live close by will be walking, there are a select few coming from Croesyceiliog in Wales!  They will start on Friday 7th April and aim to arrive on the following Monday morning ready for work at 8.30 am.

The group will start off small and then grow larger as they pass more locations and get closer to Excalibur HQ in Peatmoor.

The estimated total mileage that will be covered by everyone is around 433 and you can easily sponsor the team by visiting the virgin giving link here every little help and its especially important for a life-saving cause.

Make sure you check our social media channels for regular updates from 7th, we’re sure there will be some interesting before, during and after pictures!
