We’re very proud to announce that we’ve burst into the prestigious Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For list.
Debuting with an impressive ranking of 55th, our achievement (and our first attempt) is based purely on the opinions of our employees, who put forward their views about thier leaders, working conditions and Excalibur’s values.

In this 17th annual survey and ranking of the cream of Britain’s employers, Excalibur was ranked 8th in the country for ‘Giving Something Back’, with 98% of its staff agreeing that the company supports good causes.
In total, over 270,000 employees filled out the newspaper’s questionnaires. The coveted Top 100 Small Companies listing, which Excalibur Communications is now part of, covers businesses with 50-250 staff.
The Sunday Times Awards recognise companies that have an exceptional level of employee engagement. Detailed assessments are carried out on Leadership, Management, The Company, The Team, Wellbeing, Personal Growth, Giving Something Back and Fair Deal evaluations.
