Excalibur fully understands the uncertainty and worry that the spread of the Coronavirus disease is having on all aspects of UK business and domestic life. Like everyone else, we are following the situation closely and getting ready for the next phases. Our main priority for customers is to maintain the high level of service we pride ourselves on.

We want to reassure our customers that we are prepared and ready to support your business:

• All our staff are able and ready to work from home. Our Telecom and IT systems are cloud-based and we all have laptops. We can, therefore, continue supporting you, regardless of where we are located.

• We are available to help you plan your business continuity options. Whilst we have experienced some tightness in supply chains as customers react to the situation, there are still options available on mobile devices – laptop, tablet and phone.

• As a Microsoft Gold Partner and a significant VOIP provider, we are well equipped to enable remote working. We completed this journey ourselves several years ago and have tested it out within the company when snow events closed our office last year.

• Like everyone else, we will experience some challenges and have recently seen an increase in service cases, but, we are ready to help. We’ll continue to hit our agreed service levels across every client case.
