We’re extremely pleased to share the news that we’ve been listed in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to work for in 2020. This is the 3rd Time Excalibur has achieved a place in the top 100 in the past 5 years, ranking 55th in 2017, 56th in 2018 and now 56th again in 2020! We’re amazed to still receive this fantastic bit of recognition for workplace engagement and staff value.
The accreditation is awarded based on staff feedback and detailed data on benefits, processes and facilities. With an anonymous confidential survey being sent round, employees are asked detailed questions around their perception of the company’s opportunities, leadership, management, benefits and well-being. Once the staff gives their view, Best Companies analyse the data and gives a score. To achieve a top 100 score out of the 1000’s that enter is an amazing achievement.
