We are pleased to announce that we are holding an event here at our Swindon HQ on behalf of the Swindon Employment and Apprenticeship Group.
As an apprentice employer ourselves, we are hosting the event to enable local businesses to find out more about taking on an apprentice in Swindon.
It’s the perfect opportunity to learn about how you can strengthen and diversify your workforce to provide a future talent pipeline that’s tailored to your business needs.
You will have the chance to see how recruiting an apprentice can enhance your business, the value an apprentice can bring and how they can fill your skills gap. You will also learn from other businesses (including us) about exactly what they have gained from employing an apprentice.
This event is part of the ‘Get inGo Far’ government initiative which helps people of all ages to gain real skills and knowledge in a chosen industry. Apprentices bring a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to their role and in fact, 89% of apprentice employers say they make their business more productive.
